strong concept skills and a keen eye for design, Kate is also a skilled professional photographer and will be a valuable
addition to the team.

Flash/Web Developer

It is important that candidates must be able to work both as part of a team, and also on their own initiative. The ideal candidate will also possess a positive work ethic, be able to handle a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and have a ‘can do’ attitude. We are looking for someone who thrives on a challenge as opposed to someone who gives up at the first hurdle. This position will allow you to gain valuable experience working closely with our technical director who has been working with actionscript for over 10 years.

The successful candidate will be primarily working on a variety of flash development projects including desktop applications
(swf studio / air), web applications, components, and websites. There will also be opportunity to work on HTML/CSS/PHP web based projects.

Being a company that likes to push boundaries, the ability to keep up with ever-evolving technologies and applications is essential.

Essential Skills:
- Flash Actionscript 3 (AS3)
- Dreamweaver
- HTML / CSS

- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines

- Ability to work on own initiative

- A passion for learning
- An outside interest in flash/web/software development
  (keeping in touch with the flash scene and new advances in

  technology/applications)

The ideal candidate will also have:
- Flash Actionscript 2 (AS2)
- PHP skills
- iPhone development experience

- Unity development experience
- Experience with additional languages
- An easily accessible sense of humour
- An interest in music & gaming
